I recommended a mate try out a cattery service when he went away for a couple of weeks. He used this place and 2 days into being away - they called and informed him his cat died and when his family (on his behalf) asked Denise a reasonable question, the response they received was callous, rude and abusive.Do not use this place if you value your pet's life. If you choose to not heed the warnings here, do yourself a favor and require to see the place they will be kept and ask about their process of care.

We've been boarding our dogs with Greg and Denise Ball for the better part of two decades and we wouldn't trust them to anyone else. They get nothing but the best of care and love and come home thoroughly spoilt. The true test is when we drop them off. They know their way to the kennels and rush to their rooms" and don't look over their shoulders to give us a second glance. It's a second home to our dogs

Unfortunately I had an awful experience here. The owner Denise was very hostile and quite aggressive in her manner. I have never used a cattery before so wasnt sure what to expect and asked if I could see where my furbaby would be staying. Denise told me I was neurotic!! and told me off" stating no one else asks and What's the problem.I went to pick up my furbabys and was 5 mins late. I got so much abuse it was incredible. She shouted at me from her driveway

Greg and Denise have been looking after my pets ( 2 x Dogs and 1 x Cat) for almost 15 years. The care shown is second to none and i would not have any reservations in recommending Felix's to anyone for there Dog and Cat kennelling requirements. One of the few place in Perth that genuinely care for your pet, and its well being.
